The free HighLevel Bootcamp — what the 30-day onboarding actually covers

Daily live sessions, six 'Quick Wins' you build in real time, and a 30-day trial. Here's what the free HighLevel Bootcamp delivers — and how to use it well if you're new to the platform.

The hardest part of starting with HighLevel isn’t deciding to use it — it’s the first weekend after you sign up. You log in, the dashboard has thirty things on it, you don’t know which to touch first, you close the tab.

The Bootcamp solves that. Instead of a free trial dropped into your lap, you get daily live sessions with HighLevel coaches walking you through, click-by-click, what to actually build first. Free to join. 30-day trial bundled. Replays available.

What the Bootcamp actually delivers

This isn’t a webinar series. The whole point is implementation, live. You don’t watch a coach build something on their screen — you build it on yours, in your trial account, while they walk through it.

Six “Quick Wins” structure the curriculum:

1. Text Marketing

Set up your first SMS campaign. Pick a contact list, write a message, schedule it. The first time you see real responses come back into your HighLevel inbox is when it clicks.

2. Missed-Call Text-Back

The single highest-ROI automation HighLevel ships with. When someone calls your business and you miss it, an SMS auto-fires within seconds: “Hey, just saw I missed your call — what can I help with?” Local service businesses recover 15–30% of missed leads with this one workflow.

3. Mobile App

HighLevel’s mobile app turns your phone into a CRM. Sales calls in transit, contacts on the fly, inbox in your pocket. Bootcamp gets you set up and using it.

4. Social Integrations

Wire Facebook + Instagram into HighLevel so leads from social ads land directly in your CRM (not in a Facebook page you’ll forget to check).

5. Google Business Chat

Customers messaging your Google Business Profile now reach your HighLevel inbox. Reply once, replies route correctly.

6. Reputation Management

Automate review requests after a job is marked complete. Push your Google rating up over 60–90 days without manually asking for reviews.

By the end of 30 days, if you actually showed up, you have a real working stack — not a “I’ll build it later” tab.

How to actually show up

The Bootcamp is free to join. It’s not free to benefit from — that requires you to show up.

A few mechanics that separate people who finish with a working stack from people who tap out around day 7:

Block the daily session on your calendar. Recurring. Weekdays at 11am CT. Treat it like a meeting with someone you respect. Most beginners fail because the first session that feels skippable starts a slide.

Bring your own business to every session. The Bootcamp covers the how. You bring the what. If you’re a real estate agent, build for your listings. If you sell coaching, build for your coaching offers. The same lesson works for any business — but only if you apply it to yours.

Use the breakout rooms. This is the unfair advantage of the live format. You can ask a HighLevel coach a question specific to your business and get a click-by-click answer in 5 minutes. Most attendees never speak up. The ones who do walk away with a stack that fits them.

Don’t try to be perfect on Day 1. Build ugly. Test it. Iterate later. The Bootcamp’s secret is that crappy-but-working beats polished-but-half-finished every time.

Who shouldn’t sign up

Two cases:

You’ve already been on HighLevel 60+ days. The Bootcamp is for the first 30 days of your account. If you’re past that, you already know what the dashboard looks like — the live coaching covers ground you’ve already covered. Use the SaaS Pro Trial or the annual plan instead, depending on what stage you’re at.

You can’t commit any time over the 30 days. The Bootcamp’s value comes from showing up. If you know in advance that the next month is brutal — a launch, a move, a family event — wait. The Bootcamp runs continuously. There’ll be a fresh cohort when your life clears.

What happens on day 31

Your 30-day trial ends and the account converts to the paid Starter plan ($97/month). Everything you built during Bootcamp keeps running — workflows fire, contacts stay, automations live on.

If you decide HighLevel isn’t for you, cancel before day 30 and you pay nothing. If you’re loving it, consider switching to the annual plan on day 30 to lock in two months free.

If you’d rather have someone build your first stack instead of attending live sessions, book a 30-minute call — we’ll quote a fixed-price done-for-you build inside your trial account.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Is the Bootcamp really free?
Yes — joining the Bootcamp is 100% free. You'll start a 30-day HighLevel trial alongside it. SMS, email, and voicemail usage during the trial may carry small per-message surcharges (HighLevel's normal pass-through costs).
When are the sessions?
Weekdays at 11am Central Time. Sessions run roughly an hour. Replays are available if you can't attend live.
Do I need any tech background?
No. The Bootcamp is explicitly designed for non-technical operators — small business owners, solo marketers, beginners. Every step is click-by-click, and HighLevel coaches answer questions in breakout rooms.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded. You can watch replays on your own time, but the live attendance is where you get to ask coaches your specific questions during the breakout rooms.
What happens after 30 days?
Your trial converts to the paid Starter plan ($97/month) unless you cancel. If you've built workflows during Bootcamp, you can keep using them — they carry over into the paid account.
